A/Prof. Armes to talk on Genome Sequencing at Pathology Horizons 2018

It gives us great pleasure to announce that Associate Professor Jane Armes of NSW Pathology, Australia will be speaking on “Genome Sequencing as a Diagnostic Aid” at Pathology Horizons 2018 in N.Ireland this September.

A/Prof. Jane Armes trained in diagnostic pathology and molecular genetics and is currently director of a large tissue pathology department in Sydney, Australia (ICPMR, Westmead Hospital).

Jane  has decades of experience in breast, gynaecological and reproductive pathology. She has been at the forefront of using genomic technologies in research and in solving a wide range of difficult diagnostic cases.  A/Prof. Armes has also been an advisor to pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Pathology Horizons is an annual CPD conference focused on the future of pathology. Delegates will learn about new technologies, procedures and lines of research that are driving the future of pathology. This year, the conference is being held in the five star Lough Erne Resort, Co. Fermanagh in N.Ireland.
